Food and adulteration

Food, as we all know it is the most basic and important element of whole earth not only including human but also including other living organisms . Without food no one can expect to live. Everybody work hard only to earn the important part of their life, that is food. As the world is developing, people are getting different varieties of food which contain different tastes. But despite of this , food is also becoming hazardous for us, as most of the food now available containing lot of impurities. This sentence bring the term adulteration.

 
Adulteration is defined as adding of another substance in food to increase the quantity of food item but resulting in loss of actual quality of food item. For example - mixing of lot of water in milk, mixing of brick dust in chilly powder etc. This term is unknown for most of people which is becoming the cause of their suffering. By taking suitable steps we can make our food pure and healthy.
